INCA Ceramics is a ceramic frit and granilla manufacturer — a venture by Jaydeep Industries and Unique Cera Coat Industries with over 30 years of experience in frit manufacturing for the ceramic tile industry.

We have now forward-integrated into granilla production — a newer surface technology used in premium tile products. By leveraging decades of expertise, we offer our customers a complete raw material solution for high-end tile surfaces.

Sugar Effect Granilla

Sugar granilla uses glossy grits — both hard and soft — that melt into a brilliant transparent 3D structure. The result is smooth to the touch, bright in reflection, and can be taken to lapato polishing for an even more refined surface. INCA Ceramics manufactures sugar effect granilla in multiple granulometries for GVT and porcelain tile production.

GHR Granilla

GHR is a matte granilla system built for low-reflection surfaces with a natural architectural read. With controlled particle distribution, GHR granilla offers high abrasion resistance, strong transparency, and solid digital graphic development without pushing the surface into gloss. GHR is one of INCA Ceramics' most specified surface systems for modern tile manufacturing.

R10 / R11 Anti-Slip Granilla

R10 and R11 anti-slip granilla grades use fine microgrits to create low-gloss, low-reflection transparent surfaces that remain smooth to touch while maintaining a high coefficient of friction. These grades meet international anti-slip standards for commercial and residential floor tiles. INCA Ceramics supplies R10/R11 granilla for ceramic tile manufacturers requiring certified slip resistance.

POSH Granilla

POSH uses ultra-fine granilla to produce a smooth matte, low-gloss, highly transparent surface with very little surface feel. It supports clean colour development, superior flatness, and also works as a refined base for decorative surfaces that later receive dry granilla application. POSH granilla from INCA Ceramics is ideal for premium porcelain tile surfaces.

Dry Granilla

Dry granilla uses large-sized grits — available in matte and glossy versions — with no fines in the mix. A digital machine lays down glue, the granilla is applied through a dry applicator, and extra material is recovered by suction. This creates precise, high-definition three-dimensional decoration with clear pattern edges and real surface build. INCA Ceramics manufactures dry granilla for digitally decorated tile production lines.
